So this weekend I order a dress online. It was a peach, one-shoulder gown with crsytal details on the should and waist. I thought that it wold be perfect! Not so much! I ordered the dress a size too big and the color was all wrong. I defintely need to go with a bolder color ...purple, red, blue..we shall see!

Ok so this hunt for the PERFECT dress is no easy task! Which silhouette will looks best, which color should I choose, sparkly or simply elegant?! So many choices! Ahhhh!

2/09/2012 - New Mentee

I was
paired with my very first mentee through studentmentors.org.
I'm so excited to work with her and help her reach her career goals! 

Woo hoo! And that makes THREE! This pageant is coming up shortly (Feb 24-25) so it's time to get excited an start quizzing myself on current events (especially the primaries!)!

My very first acceptance letter! Here is what the pageant director wrote: "Wow!!! Ariane your bio is very impressive and the selection committee got back to me fastest ever!  CONGRATULATIONS!!!  YOU HAVE BEEN UNANIMOUSLY ACCEPTED TO COMPETE IN THE AMERICA'S MISS PAGEANT 2012!"

Email from the Director! "We at Pageant Headquarters are so
happy to see that you are interested in competing to become this year’s Miss
Pennsylvania USA! ...If you were to win the pageant, you would be taken to the
national pageant next summer to compete for the title of Miss USA!"
